Skip to main content 1 of 2 Next School Closings/Delays: Governor Wolf has announced that all school districts will close for two weeks, effective Monday, March 16th, in a response to growing concerns statewide about the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Tentative plans are for classes to resume on Monday, March 30th. The school district has also canceled all practices, events, and extracurricular activities starting Saturday, March 14. Total student population is approximately 1,035, which encompasses pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Pre-K through grade five are located at the McConnellsburg Elementary School, grades six through eight in the McConnellsburg Middle School and grades nine through twelve at the McConnellsburg High School. All buildings are located on the same campus.
